Please Note: Spa packages Policy.

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The total cost reflects the full price of the selected services. 
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance for package with one or two guests, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of three or more. 
• No-shows or cancellations made after the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the full payment. This applies without exceptions, including in cases of illness. 
• For online bookings: please call us 863-937-5063 directly to arrange prepayment after reserving your package online.  Reservation will not be complete until prepayment has been received. 
• Late cancellations and no-shows significantly disrupt our schedule and the livelihoods of our staff. Unfortunately, due to repeated occurrences—particularly with larger groups—this policy is now necessary to safeguard the time, resources, and efforts dedicated to serving our guests.
