Our Cancellation/No Show Policy
Single services
Credit card information will be collected at the time the reservation is made. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice by calling (863) 937-5063. Cancellations or reschedules not provided within at least 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged the full service amount. Please note that cancellations or reschedules cannot be made via our voicemail system, email, or online form; you must call during office hours and speak directly to one of our front desk team members Monday through Saturday 9am – 8pm, and Sunday 10am – 6pm. This policy applies to No Shows as well.

- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The total cost reflects the full price of the selected services.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance for package with one or two guests, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of three or more.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the full payment. This applies without exceptions, including in cases of illness.
- For online bookings: please call us 863-937-5063 directly to arrange prepayment after reserving your package online. Reservation will not be complete until prepayment has been received.
- Late cancellations and no-shows significantly disrupt our schedule and the livelihoods of our staff. Unfortunately, due to repeated occurrences—particularly with larger groups—this policy is now necessary to safeguard the time, resources, and efforts dedicated to serving our guests.
